2. When used together with the pulsating damper, the pulsating damper shall be installed between the pump and the back pressure valve to absorb the peak flow between the pump and the back pressure valve. Slow down the wear rate of back pressure valve.
3. Protective shed or protective cover should be added for outdoor use.
4. Prior to any maintenance of the back pressure valve, the equipment should be stopped to release pressure and close the valve connecting the back pressure valve to the system. At the same time, make sure there is no pressure in the pulsating damper. Care should be taken during maintenance to prevent the body from being harmed by the delivery of fluids.
5. The back pressure valve is directional. If the inlet and outlet of the back pressure valve is connected to the opposite side, the back pressure will multiply, bringing harm to the system and possibly causing danger.
6. In case of failure of the back pressure valve during operation, the system should be stopped in time or the pipeline where the back pressure valve is closed, the use of the back pressure valve should be stopped, and the back pressure valve should be checked and replaced.
7. Before any inspection and maintenance of the back pressure valve, the equipment should be stopped to release the pressure in the valve, close the valve connected with the system by the back pressure valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the pulsating damper. Pay attention to prevent the high pressure fluid in the valve from splashing and injuring human body during maintenance.
