(1) Power field
With the development of China's power industry, the installed capacity is expected to be adjusted to about 1.4 billion kilowatts in 2016, including 280-290 million kilowatts of hydropower, 40-43 million kilowatts of nuclear power and 90-100 million kilowatts of wind power. It will reach 1.6 to 1.8 billion kilowatts by 2020. Hydropower has installed capacity of 380 million kw, nuclear power of 70 to 80 million kw and wind power of 150 to 160 million KW.
Conventional thermal power will maintain a reasonable development rate until the later period of the 12th Five-Year Plan period. The demand for supercritical thermal power valves will not decrease, but will bring new development opportunities.
(2) Petrochemical industry
China will build 30 ten-million-ton oil refineries in 2016. The bohai Rim, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta will form three petrochemical bases, and the proportion of new production capacity in the western region will increase. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, zhenhai, Shanghai, Nanjing, Fuzhou and Dalian will form five refining bases of 30 million tons/year and 10 refining bases of about 20 million tons/year, mainly including Maoming, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Hainan, Fushun, Qilu, Jieyang and Taizhou. The new projects include fangchenggang in Guangxi, Chongqing, Kunming, Urumqi and Dushanzi.
In 2016, China's ethylene production capacity will reach 19 million to 21 million tons, self-sufficiency rate of 63% to 67%. Ethylene production will reach 30 million tons by 2020. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China will build about 30 ethylene plants of 800,000 to 1 million tons, including part of the world scale industrial bases integrating the upstream and downstream of oil refining, ethylene and aromatics. Extending the industrial chain, adopting new technologies and multi-variety schemes will become the mainstream choices. Seven ethylene production bases will gradually be formed nationwide, and half of the provinces will have petrochemical industries.
(3) Gathering and transportation of oil and natural gas and liquefaction of natural gas
Natural gas consumption will reach 250 billion cubic meters in 2016 and 350 to 400 billion cubic meters in 2020. The next 5-10 years will be the period of great development after the first and second line of west-East gas transmission and sichuan gas flowing out of Sichuan.
Large-scale natural gas liquefaction (LNG) is also a key breakthrough and development during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, which requires supporting ultra-low temperature valves.
China has signed an agreement of intent to develop two 25 million ton/year gas fields in the Middle East.
(4) In the field of coal gasification
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, coal chemical industry will develop moderately, especially coal to olefin and coal to acetic acid will have better development space. Mainly relying on guizhou mizar 500000 tons/year of h2 projects, 1 million tons/year of Inner Mongolia coal to methanol project, tianjin factory 200000 tons/year project, shaanxi 1 million tons/year acetic acid methanol to olefin project major engineering projects such as construction, drive our country coal to methanol, acetic acid, olefin, and other areas of the coal chemical technology and equipment development, need a lot of special valves.
(5) Metallurgy
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the main goal and task of China's iron and steel industry is to adjust the industrial structure and build a modernized iron and steel industry. The focus of product development is on the direct steel products that are insufficient or unable to be produced in China at present. Need to support some metallurgical valve products.
(6) Environmental protection
The environmental protection industry will continue to enjoy high market demand during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Flue gas desulfurization and denitration of thermal power plants, industrial sewage and municipal sewage valves; Complete sets of equipment for municipal solid waste incineration and thermal energy utilization and large scale seawater desalination need special valve products.
