Now the machinery industry is developing more and more rapidly, as the valve industry is no exception, we all know that the valve industry is an important branch of our general machinery. As the key equipment of fluid control, its products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, urban construction, environmental protection and other industries. At present, the valve production industry is in a very favorable development opportunity.
As the international trade threshold decreases and the product structure is adjusted in developed countries, China is gradually becoming the largest processing plant in the world, and the processing and production of valve products are facing greater development space. Then how to seize this strategic opportunity to accelerate the development of the valve industry. The author thinks that we should do a good job from the following aspects:
1. Actively promote the joint reorganization among enterprises, and build a group of large-scale and high-grade enterprise groups as soon as possible. At present, there are more than 5000 production enterprises in the valve industry. Only 7 enterprises with annual sales revenue of more than 50 million yuan, 3 enterprises with annual sales revenue of more than 100 million yuan and none with annual sales revenue of more than 200 million yuan. Domestic market share is only in the nuclear suvalve a company more than 2% of the rest are less than 1%. This kind of enterprise size is difficult to produce shock force in the market, and it is even more difficult to compete with internationally renowned enterprises in the same industry. To change the status quo as soon as possible, in addition to the growth factors of the enterprise itself, the most effective way is to realize the capital expansion of the enterprise through the association, merger, reorganization to further expand the market share, in the invincible position in the competition.
This is the current international economic field more popular practice, but also in the future a period of valve industry development direction. On this issue, we should emancipate our minds and break regional boundaries, ownership boundaries and traditional professional division of labor in accordance with the requirement of "new breakthroughs in reform and new ideas in development" put forward by the 16th National Congress of CPC. As long as there is the possibility of association between enterprises can be bold to do to try, with 3? Strive to create a number of output value of more than 500 million or even 1 billion yuan enterprise groups within 5 years.
2. Pay attention to the adjustment of product structure, have the courage to make technological innovation, and develop products with high added value and international leading level. China's valve industry has been able to produce more than ten categories of products. For example, gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, safety valve, check valve, throttle valve, plug valve, pressure reducing valve, diaphragm valve, trap valve, emergency cut-off valve, etc., the maximum operating temperature is 570℃, the minimum is -196℃, the maximum pressure is 600MPa, the maximum diameter is 5350MM. Although these products strongly support the domestic economic construction, we should be soberly aware that most of our products belong to the general technical content or labor-intensive products, few of them have the international leading level.
